The whole rebelling against the system thing is one childish bastard. I couldn't be bothered to read all the posts on this topic, because judging by the first five or so it sounded like you don't really have too much conviction in what you're doing. Rather, that you're trying to put up a fuss rather than chill out and enjoy life and the system the way it is.

I assume you are not pro-communism, but more along the lines of pro-anarchism? If you took down the system and let everyone in the country do what they want, things would be chaotic. You'd sit there, thinking... dear Billy! What have I done?!

Why waste your time with troubling thoughts like getting a crap song to number one? You seem like a really nice guy from what I have seen of you, but I really think it's bad that you go onstage and play someone else's songs, forcing your opinions (or Billy Bragg's) down the kids throats.

Why don't you write some songs yourself if you have such strong opinions?

Sorry if this seems like a personal attack on you - it's not. I'm merely doing what you do - stating my opinion in a direct manner.

I must agree that having a monarchy is very old fashioned and quite frankly ridiculous, but didn't Billy Bragg once write "I LovE ThE QUEen sHE'S mE FAvoURITe baSTARD"?

Achtung! i see that no-one here (with the exception of Andy) watches Newsnight or has even a rough knowledge of politiks. Yay Captitalism!!
Communism is a nice idea but "it'll never work".
When people talk about Left + Right wing they only think of extremes, but who needs our man Tony as President? The problem is that everyone moans, but few realise there is no easy option. Kill the Queen!!!I totally agree about all the shitty snivelling arse lickers surrounding the Queen, but really is she worth all the vitriol? Fucking hell! its not like she can do anything, its like moaning about Nelsons Column, or Trafalgar Square or fucking Big Ben. Really.
PS the Union Jack is what it is called at sea, on land it is called the Union Flag. And wages should be higher.

so in conclusion the only thing i dont agree with is left wing politics. And no im not a Nazi, because the Nazis were Right wing Socialists and everyone knows that Socialism is Left wing, so figure that one out.
